    Hi Carmen,

The main objection I get, or used to get was I’m not good at sales. I had forgotten about this and now I have included it in my presentation. That was easy to do as it was an objection of mine. Thanks for the reminder to explode the bombs up front! I also like the way you suggest handling the time issue as that comes up a lot too. I have added Cori’s story to help explode this bomb.

Awesome video series to keep revisiting. Thank you

You are so welcome Vicki — and thank you for sharing your most common objection — so helpful for everyone. So great that you are revisiting the video series — as we grow, the information hits us differently — so it will be like watching it almost for the first time! Carmen :)

    Hi Carmen,

My main objection I would say is people being skeptical of the company. I get a lot of people saying “I don’t support pyramid schemes.” So I have tried implementing and explaining how my company works and what it can do for them but most of the time I feel they have already had that mindset impelled into their head for so long that they won’t have any open mind to listen and hear what I have to say by that point.

Thank you for another great video & I look forward to watching them next one.

Hi Hailey! That is great that you’ve isolated the main objection you get — THAT is the one that you want to use in your presentation and explode the bomb up front – talking about it before it even comes up. Use the exact method I teach you in this video — and let me know how it goes — I love to hear how things going are in action! See you on the next video! Carmen

        Hello Carmen
I’m not sure how or why the Universe presented “Soul Craft” to me. So happy to be present Closing- Enrolling has escaped me now I can understand why. Story telling has always been just that “Telling” Answer the objections makes the story far less a bore and more likely Listeners will hear the story. Now how to craft the story?😊.
        Cheers

My objection is “Don’t believe in MLM” and I am personally don’t believe in MLM as well. Can’t wait to learn more from you to start the believe.

Hi Nattamon! I’m so glad you’re here! It sounds like you may have watched the videos out of order? No worries at all – simply go back to Video 1. In that Vid I help with belief in MLM / NWM — especially with 1 concept that shifted everything for me. I had exactly the same beliefs when I first looked at NWM. I recommend a really great book (you can read in one sitting) as well that made all the difference for me. Let me know what you think after watching Vid 1 — I’ll watch for your comments there to help! Warmly, Carmen

Hi Carmen, we don’t have a limit on width in our comp plan so do you have any other suggestions for creating the same sense of urgency?

Hi Donna! Great Q! With your comp plan – is there any benefit to putting people under people – or any other way what you do can help a new team member? Can you tell me a little more about your comp plan too? (ie what kind is it?) Warmly, Carmen

Once again, Carmen, you make things seem simple and attainable. I appreciate the details and examples you gave in order for each of us to build our unique business and brand. Asking “leading” questions has also been helpful for me to make sure that the people I am talking to, are really the people I want to spend time working with. This is especially important since I am incorporating my NWM business into our existing business as Cori did. Thank you for sharing your gift.

Hi Amy! I’m so glad this resonated — especially with incorporating NWM into your existing business (one of the best ways to build!). And that the questions help to naturally sift and sort so that you can use your time in the best possible way. I’m so glad you’re here and thank you so much for sharing your insights – so helpful for everyone! Lots of love, Carmen

When I first join my company I was so excited that I never had objections. I love your way of kind of having fun with it. I will teach it to my new associates. Thanks a million.

Hi Diane! That is such a great such a great insight that in the beginning you were so excited about your company that you didn’t even get objections — so interesting eh? Similarly for me, as long as I still had some doubts about NWM myself, I used to always get that objection. And it wasn’t until I resolved that in my own mind, included it in my story, that that objection stopped. So glad that it resonated about having more fun with it and teaching your new associates! You are so welcome! Warmly, Carmen

I love “exploding the bomb up front”. It makes it feel so much more pro-active like you are in the drivers seat. That with the soulful follow up questions feels powerful. Great video. I’ve learned so much already!

This video is really amazing. I have always been nervous when getting down to the “close” in fear of being “pushy”. This is such a relaxed and simple process that also feels good. Thanks so much Carmen for sharing a much more soft but still action oriented approach. It seems like everyone teaches a more masculine direct approach to sales and “closing the deal” that is very limited in its approach and feels like pushing or trying to get someone somewhere vs making it their idea. I love your approach. I can only imagine your longer course you go into more detail about the 7 objections and how to deal with them?

    • Carmen Marshall

You are so welcome Nathan! I’m so glad the non-pushy but also action orientated approach resonates with you. It’s so important for both people (you and the prospect) to have clarity at the end of a presentation, makes presenting and follow up so much more enjoyable. And yes, Soul Craft Your Way To 100K has a whole module on understanding the 7 Kinds of Objections and what’s really underneath each of them — and how to respond in a way that really helps the prospect and feels good for the presenter as well. And you HEAR how I would respond to each as well – b/c tone and intention is so important. All so that you are excited to get objections — and your prospect feels comfortable talking about anything that concerns them. This way you talk about any elephant in the room — instead of them just slipping away. So glad you’re here Nathan and see you on the next Video! Carmen :)

I can not tell you how much I am learning from these. Love the idea of chatting about an objection before it arises – in the UK we call this – nipping it in the bud!!!

I’m going to do a q&a session and share my story on my potential ambassador/customer group. My story basically covers all of the objections anyway! Apart from ma ALWAYS believing in my products.

With the 4 beach house thing I may struggle as I have unlimited positions – during lockdown I’ve been offering a discount on the starter kit but could maybe offer a free product in the future ?

    Thanks so much xxxx

Hi Angie! I love that – exploding the bomb up front = nipping it in the bud! (lol, of course the English would have a nicer way of saying it :)). LOVE that your story covers all the objections – NICE work on already having that! Beach front property – it sounds like your compensation plan is a little different – how wide can you go?? But none-the-less – great thinking on offering a discount on the starter kit, or free product, or a free PDF that you make (what do alot of people want?) or free gift (like a journal for their journey etc)?

Hi Carmen, Thanks again! The Objection probably would be NWM. I think my story needs to include being able to work around my family and not having to worry about the researching, creating, packing and shipping products…or the loads of hours and paperwork that would accompany all of those things. Instead I get to just focus my time on being the connection and the support between people and my products/company/opportunity. I can’t wait for the next video, I am so loving the information!

      Hi Carmen

I absolutely loved this video. Just got me present to what’s been missing. I havent integrated the objections into my story. This is the next step for me for sure.
I also loved the closing questions…these are so simple and at the same time it helps people think and choose in a very gentle way rather than being forced to or manipulated to.
One of the objections that I get is NWM and also self belief.

This has been really helpful and has given me some key ways in which I can move forward when it came to closing and asking questions.

      Thank you

Hi Alicia! I’m SO happy to see you’re enjoying this video series :)
Yes, it’s absolutely key to include in your story the real benefits behind choosing this type of business in YOUR life: those things that have a true impact in your quality of life that others will easily be able to relate to – especially b/c when it can explode the bomb up front – the Soul Craft Way! Nice work on focusing on that! Focusing your time on the connection and support between people and business is fabulous. See you in the next vid!

I’m running things through my head; analytical for life—haha
Money wasn’t an issue for me regarding taking the product but it’s been an issue for me in presenting the product. Hence, it’s been an objection I have overcome.

Hi Kay! So great to see you on Vid 3! This is such a great example of an objection that you want to weave into your presentation to explode the bomb upfront — so that you talk about it before it’s raised as an objection. Really great that you’ve identified this specific objection. And that’s ok if it wasn’t an issue for you, simply use a friend, colleague or family member who it was a challenge for — and how they overcame it — and weave that into your presentation. Keep me posted – I love to hear how it is working for you! Carmen :)
