What is Soul Flow™ Dance?
SoulFlow™ focuses on authentic movement — connecting to your body, expressing, releasing and moving in a way that feels good for you.
In this beautifully guided one-hour class — there’s no choreo, no steps to learn, so you can just let go, and connect to your body, life force and essence.
The goal? To feel alive, free, relaxed, and great in your own body — so you can show up in life even more as your most authentic, fully expressed version of yourself.
